One of our computers here suddenly doesn't allow non-root logins. We find
out that OSF-BASE is not in the lmf database anymore. We have sucessfully
registered the OSF-BASE license from the paper license. But when we attempt
to load the license, we have this error message:"Error determining SMM for
OSF-BASE DEC". I could not find any information about this. Do anyone know
what this mean?
