Addendum: open-max problems

Hi all,
        Some more details .
The system is running 4.0F pak 6 .
The system had to be restarted ('cause of my flexlm. It happens sometime
and a reboot helps ).

the sysconfig -Q proc shows
open-max-soft - type=INT op=CQ min_val=0 max_val=4096
open-max-hard - type=INT op=CQ min_val=0 max_val=4096
and sysconfig -Q vfs shows
max-vnodes - type=INT op=CRQ min_val=0 max_val=2147483647

Both Samba and Mysql where running till the reboot .
