problem with PK7 on 4.0f

I have a problem with PK7 installation on a
Tru64 4.0f machine I manage. Patch 859 refuses
to install :

  - DIGITAL_UNIX_V4.0F / Security Related Patches:
         Patch 00859.00 - Security (SSRT0563U, SSRT0676U, SSRT0742U)
         ./genvmunix:
                 its origin can not be identified.
         ./sys/BINARY/arch_alpha.mod:
                 its origin can not be identified.
This patch will not be installed.

On another machine patch 859 installed just fine.
Now, if I remember correctly, I rebuild /genvmunix
on the machine where it doesn't install and that
might be the problem. How can I convince dupatch
to apply the patch ?
