Could anyone please show/explain to me
How could I find out that the Disks performance and RAID controller (Data
Path = Wide, Bus Speed = Fast with the Max Transfer Rate = either 10 or 20
MB/sec ) is not capable of handling the applications ? In other words, based
on what standard/evidences that the Disks & RAID are a bottleneck ?
Do the iostat show a number of transfers (tps) per second in unit of
kbytes/sec ?

Collect tool show the Average Service Time & Average Wait Time of the Disk,
What are the acceptable figures for these measures ?
