I needed to put up serial consoles on Sun Netra's using a DECServer900 (and
ConsoleWorks). I had custom cables made with this pinout to get it to work :
Both ends : RJ45 Plug
SUN DEC
1 rts 4 cts
2 dtr 8 dsr
3 txd 2 rxd
4 gnd 1,3 gnd
6 rxd 6 txd
7 dsr 7 dtr
8 cts 5 rts
