Well, thanks to Dr. Tom Blinn and to Shawn Cromer.
 
It looks like this chip is not supported with the AS2100 system, 
though I am not sure (Haven't done more extensive research).
Any way, this is a temporary adjustment for me, I will take 
another card from another 2100, use it and then return it back...ope 
this helps  :)
