  Hi,
   I did the compilation of SSH
  more than 1 years ago.I have compiled the SW without tcpwrappers.
Since there was an
  yesterday attempt to login to this machine without success, I thought
that I will restrict
  the login only from our net.I have added the following line in
sshd_config
  PermitRootLogin no

  The output from evmget -A shows(intruder attempt)

  sshd[84841]: error: Couldn't authenticate root from
ds80-237-182-48.dedicated.hosteurope.de
