DIGITAL: Environment->Cooling System

Description:
------------

The Cooling System menu item displays the status of the cooling 
devices present on the selected Digital host.  The following fields
are displayed:

Index - a unique enumeration that identifies each component.

Description - indicates where each element is located.

Backup fan index - indicates the index of the cooling element
that is the backup for this cooling element.  If its 0 then there is
no backup fan.

Status - displays the status for the cooling element.  Possible
values are:
	Unknown	- The status is unavailable
	Running	- The fan is running normally
	Backup	- This fan is the backup for another cooling element
	Failed	- The fan is not working

Trouble Shooting:
-----------------

"Warning:  no information returned for query" - There are two possible reasons
for this message.  First, the selected object does not have a Digital SNMP agent
running.  Second, the selected object's SNMP agent does not support these
particular MIB variables.

"Cannot get SNMP table.  No response arrived before timeout" - This message
means that the request was not returned from the selected object's SNMP agent.
Possibly the SNMP agent is not running or this system is inaccessible.
