* Updates - It is recommended that the most recent version of code be used.


SCP
	v3.30	In addition to the bug fixes listed in the release notes,
		this version fixes the feature that allows one to set the
		spanning tree preforwarding delay to 0.  This did not work
		properly in v3.2.

	v3.31	fixes a problem that could cause an SCP to crash when
		the CLK card experiences too many bus errors.  It also
		eliminates several unnecessary error log messages.

	v3.38	fixes two problems related to route redirects.  One of 
		these could cause a route to be deleted when an ICMP
		redirect is received; the other could cause the SCP to crash.

		This release also fixes a problem that would cause the
		GIGAswitch/FDDI System to send IP packets with IP SA of 0.

		In addition this release assures that addresses are properly
		aged out on links in spanning tree backup state.

	v3.3a	fixes a problem in IP packet reassembly code, which had the
		potential to cause an SCP crash.  Also waits 2 seconds before
		applying power to newly inserted linecards, thus eliminating
		adverse effects of hotswap in systems under heavy load.

FGL-2, FGL-4, AGLP-2

	v3.31	This code allows the module to recover from a previously
		fatal error condition.  The error condition is a rare one.

	v3.34	This code fixes a diagnostic that would ocassionally fail or
		cause other linecards to fail.
