VASFULL errors?

The Question is:

VASFUL virtual address space is full
DECW-E-NOMSG

I keep getting this error after creating a remote decterm on a 3100
workstation running VMS 6.2, then attempting to run an x-windows sybase
program. I can successfully run any standard decwindows applications and
have increased the virtualpagecnt, pgflqu
ota, bytlm and wsmax on the server (3100-90, vms7.1, 128mg mem), but to no
avail.
What do you suggest?

The Answer is :

Check for responses to your posting of this question to the newsgroups.

It is not clear if this error is on the X Windows client -- this is the
system running the Sybase application -- or on the server -- this is the
  local workstation.

Increase the PGFLQUOTA quota and the system VIRTUALPAGECNT parameter.

If these do not resolve the problem, please contact the customer support
center. Also contact Sybase for suggestions they might have, and for the
quota and parameter settings they recommend for use with Sybase.

  From the "HELP/MESSAGE VASFULL" command:

VASFULL, virtual address space is full

  Facility: SYSTEM, System Services

Explanation: The virtual address space is full.

User Action: Reboot and increase the amount of allowable virtual address
space. If this message is associated with a vector disabled
(VECDIS) status code, insufficient process virtual address
space exists to allow the current process's mainline vector
                state to be saved.
