problem locking down more than 8 megabytes?

» close window

The Question is:

I've recently migrated four openvms/axp 6.2 device
drivers to OpenVMS 7.1. I followed Lenny S. example
for calling the exe_std$lock_err_cleanup when a
a buffer can not be locked down. In fact
everything works just fine unless I try to
lock down greater than 8Mb for the transfer.

Question: Any release notes or bug fixes
for this routine? The page_lock_failure
routine is called and the irp to irpe to irpe
are correctly threaded. The all looks good
in the page_lock_failure routine.

I understand that you do not intend to debug
drivers or crash dumps, but can someone check to
see if there are any reports from others. I have
the IRP and IRPEs from the kernel debugger.
