X25 OSAK/OSIT product questions?

The Question is:

 
We're trying to setup a x25 call using Osak/Osit.
Our problem is, what is the link between Osak and
Osit.
 
Is it possible to setup a x25 call using just
Osak or is Osit always needed?
 
And if Osit is needed how do you use it to set
up a x25 call?
