The Question is:

 
Are there any plans to have a GUI interface to the LMF utility?
 
If the answer is no....
 
Are there any plans to improve the functionality of the license management
facility?
 

The Answer is :

 
  The Wizard is unaware of plans for a GUI interface for LMF.
 
  A simple DCL command procedure implemented as a CGI script behind
  your favorite webserver -- watch the username used for the CGI
  script and don't forget the other network security implications,
  obviously -- and then use an HTML form to display or submit the
  license information.
 
  As for alternative interfaces to the licensing utility, the command
  procedure SYS$UPDATE:VMSLICENSE is also available.
