Mail notifications when CMS element changes?

The Question is:

 
How do I specify and ACL on a CMS library so that
I may be notified when an element is replaced in
the library.
 
I entered a command that results in the
following setting for the library in question:
 
cms show acl/obj=lib
 
ACLs in CMS Library DTS$CMSLIB:[PAD]
 
CLASS_LIST
 
ELEMENT_LIST
         (ACTION,PARAMETER="WORKMANK",IDENTIFIER=*,ACCESS=REPLACE)
 
GROUP_LIST
 
HISTORY
 
LIBRARY_ATTRIBUTES
 
_____
 
However, I'm not receiving any e-mail notifications
when an element is replaced in the library.
 
How can I get my notifications?

The Answer is :

 
  You want to use an ACL of type COMMAND.
