Printing via OpenVMS from Windows 95?

» close window

The Question is:

We currently use Pathworks to allow our WIN95
workstations to print on our OpenVMS queues.
In the near future we will stop using Pathworks.
What options do I have if I wish to continue to
allow our WIN95 users to print on our
OpenVMS queues ?

The Answer is :

The TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS (UCX) LPR/LPD support, and the SAMBA
(shareware) package can both allow remote Windows 95 systems to access
  OpenVMS printer queues.
