Seeking Idle Process Killer?

The Question is:

 
I'm looking for a command to logout a  user after 15 minutes of inactivity

The Answer is :

 
  There is no such command integrated within OpenVMS, though there are
  (optional) timers available within certain terminal servers and similar
  devices.
 
  There are DECUS, freeware, and third-party tools known as "idle process
