The Question is:

 
Can you please tell me the pinouts for the MP8 to MP6 office cable (part
#:bn24h-03x) that connects the terminal to the jack.  also, would you be
able to tell me the pinouts for and mp8 to mp8 (part#:bn25g-07x) equipment
cable.  thanks for your time in lo

The Answer is :

 
  Though this little to do with OpenVMS, the OpenVMS Wizard is charitable.
 
  The BC16E cable is Modified Modular Plugs (MMP), which fit into Modified
  Modular Jacks (MMJ) is crossover wired.  6 conductors.  The pinout is:
 
    MP6 - MP6
     1  -  6
     2  -  5
     3  -  4
     4  -  3
     5  -  2
     6  -  1
 
  The BN24H cable -- Modified Modular Plug (MMP) to 8 Wire Modular Plug
  (MP8) crossover wired UTP.  6 conductors.  The pinout is:
 
    MP8 - MP6
     1  -  3
     2  -  2
     3  -  4
     4  -  no connection
     5  -  no connection
     6  -  5
     7  -  7
     8  -  1
 
  The BN25G cable is MP8 to MP8, and is wired straight through -- pin 1
  to pin 1, pin 2 to pin 2, etc.  8 conductors.  The pinout is:
 
    MP8 - MP8
     1  -  1
     2  -  2
     3  -  3
     4  -  4
     5  -  5
     6  -  6
     7  -  7
