PATHWORKS PowerTerm printer setup? (Symantec Gho

The Question is:

 
Powerterm : if I try to make a screen print or if I choose file/print setup
I get the error : can't find the printer.
I've installed Powerterm again and installed the right printers in windows
95 but the problem stays the same.
The problem only occurs on pc's which have been installed using Symantec's
Ghost.
Pc's which have been manually installed with Windows 95 and powerterm don't
have this problem.

The Answer is :

 
    As you indicate the problem only occurs on PCs that have been
    installed using Symantec's (Norton's) Ghost product, the OpenVMS
    Wizard suggests you contact Norton and ask how printers are handled
