XML parser for OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
I am trying to find an XML parser, written in C for OpenVMS.  Can you
recommend one?  I have found JAVA based parsers, but they require V7.1 to
run.  Thanks!

The Answer is :

 
  The Wizard would recommend using the available search tools, and
  the pointers to various websites in the OpenVMS FAQ.  The Wizard
  is not immediately familiar with a generally-available XML parser
