The Question is:

 
Just arrived on seen at this company and
haven't used PCM for 5 years, I'm wondering
what could cause 2 users whose UAF accounts are
the same to have problems with messaging. Seems
one user can receive all system messages from
all (30) icons/systems. While the another user
can't. No changes have been made to the system
and this suddenly started happening.
