"Blue Screen of Death" in VxD DECCORE?

The Question is:

 
We have been getting an error on a DEC P/300.  It blue screens and then we
get an exception OE has occurred at 0028:C1DDC 9A2 in VxD DECLAT(01) +
00013CF6.  This was called from 0028:C006C42D in VxD DECCORE(02) + 00000B69.
Any way to determine why this i
s occurring and is there a fix?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
    "Blue Screen" crashes are not the type of thing that can be
    diagnosed via the "Ask the Wizard" forum.  There are numerous
    factors that need to be reviewed and possibly investigated, to
    help resolve this issue.  The Wizard recommends that you contact
    the Customer Support Center, and that you have the following
    additional information available:
    1) What version of PATHWORKS 32 are you using?  V7.1a is the latest
       release.
    2) are you running Windows 95?  Windows 98?  Any service packs
       installed or OSR release?  (please note that Windows 98 is
       supported in V7.1a)
    3) is this consistently reproduceable on one system?  on multiple
       systems?  what type of network interface is being used?
    4) has this problem recently started to occur, or has this been an
       a problem since installing PATHWORKS 32?
