Help with SSRVEXCEPT crashdump?

The Question is:

 
Hi Wizard,
Our VAX6420 has crashed three times so far with
similar error.THe error is as follows:
FATAL BUGCHECK KA64A CPU FW REV# 6. COnsole FW
REV# 3.0 XMI NODE # 2.

After this values of general registers and system registers is displayed.
 
System starts its own after writting crash dump.
I shall appreciate any solution to the problem.
Please let me know if any further info is reqd.

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center -- the OpenVMS Wizard
  is not in a position to examine crashdumps.
 
  Based solely on three letters in the process name, consider checking the
  version and ECO level of the TCP/IP Services package -- bring the OpenVMS
  VAX system up to the appropriate current revision of the TCP/IP package.
