Remote VWS workstation displays? (X Windows)

The Question is:

 
Is it possible to run a VWS session from a VAX 3100 model 76 on an Alpha 255
running Windows NT?  I can run an Xwindows session on the Alpha, and was
wondering is VWS can do the same.

The Answer is :

 
  VWS is very similar to Microsoft Windows -- it operates strictly locally.
  User interfaces such as X Windows (DECwindows on OpenVMS) support remote
  displays and network operations -- VWS and Microsoft Windows do not.
