The Question is:

 
Hi, How will TCPIP 5.0 and Oracle 7.3.2.3.2 work together ?
there seems to be two patches that only a few people know, none of them I
could find (neither at Compaq or Oracle).
sqlnet will hang, it seems that the server listeners will return a port
number 0.
 
Can you help me ?

  Please contact the maintainers of Oracle -- specifically the Oracle
  Customer Support folks -- for information on the operation of Oracle
  with other packages.
 
  Without the specific names of the ECO kits referenced (for Oracle or
  for TCP/IP Services or for OpenVMS?), it is difficult to say what
