Reading Windows Storage Media (CD-R) on OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
How do I read a cd created on a Windows 95 workstation on a VAX 4105 running
VMS 5-2

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS V5.5-2 can read ISO 9660 format CD-ROM media with the
  addition of an ECO kit -- F11CD ECO kit -- and later OpenVMS
  versions have integrated support for this CD-ROM media format.
 
  OpenVMS cannot directly read PC-native formats.
