POLYCENTER Data Collector and Performance Advisor?

The Question is:

 
We have updated our OS version from 6.1-2h to 7.1-2, in doing so some of our
applications cannot be executed. Some of the layered products have their own
command files which relinks their executables.
How about the Polycenter Data Collector and Performance advisor?

The Answer is :

 
  Please acquire and install the current kits for the Data Collector and
  the Performance Advisor as a start -- these products were acquired by
  Computer Associates, please contact CA for assistance with acquiring
