Finding the lock holder?

The Question is:

 
Problem:
Users can't access file because someone has the file locked.
Question:
Is there anyway on a openvms system to determine which user has a record
locked in an rms file?

  $ SHOW DEVICE/FILE
 
  DECamds
 
  $ ANALYZE/SYSTEM !SDA
