The Question is:

 
we have the data in VAX RDB/VMS version 4.0 in Arabic(Oman) language. When
we are trying to read the data in Oracle 8i by loading a data file extracted
from VAX RDB/VMS, it is showing junk. Could you provide me the required tool
to convert the Arabic data
 in VAX RDB/VMS to Unicode Arabic character set?
