Wizard Website Weirdness?

The Question is:

So, how come when I'm on the Wizard page and I click on a question, the
answer window comes up shifted nearly all of the way to the right, and I've
got to drag it clear over to the left and past the left margin in order to
get to the "maximize" button, wh
ich I have to click in order to make it fit my screen ? If this was done
intentionally, it's purpose is lost on me ... I'm using Windows Explorer
5.0.

The Answer is :

If anything, the OpenVMS Ask The Wizard site has been too successful
for the current information design, and on-going changes are being
made to improve your access to the information at the website. As
the site design continues to evolve and change, the OpenVMS Wizard
apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks you for your patience.

The current "pop-up" of the new browser window was implemented to
help reduce the number of (repeated) downloads of the Wizard page --
the page is obviously getting very large, and with correspondingly
longer download times as the page increases.

The OpenVMS Wizard has received requests to avoid breaking up the
page to permit readers to continue to use simple searches to locate
questions and answers. The "pop-up" was a stop-gap method that avoided
the frequent reloads, but that also permitted easy viewing of the
questions and answers. (The "search the titles" capability is another
addition that is designed to assist here.)

The OpenVMS Wizard is working on a design that categorizes the questions
and answers into a searchable knowledge base with a more "intelligent"
front-end. This is analogous to the design of other similar websites.

As for the selection of the "pop-up" window, the browser was set to an
offset that looked acceptable on a 1280x1024 display. The selection has
now been altered to (0,0), to cause the new window to always appear in
the upper left corner of the display.
