The Question is:

 
I'm in the process of putting together a list of all the available/latest
ECO's
and was wondering if there might already be a spread-sheet/word-doc listing
the latest ECO's/patches for alpha/vax platforms?

The Answer is :

 
  This information is maintained and is available from the Compaq
  Customer Support Center.
 
  Announcements of new ECO kits are also available via the Services
