The Question is:

 
How do I make an OpenVMS TCP/IP system access the web via Microsoft Proxy
Server.
What is required to makie it so.
The OpenVMS server is on an internal network with MS NT servers.

The Answer is :

 
  The whole point of a web proxy server -- any web proxy server -- is
  that it is supposed to be entirely transparent.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard has used Netscape Navigator V3.03 in conjunction
  with Microsoft Proxy Servers and has found nothing -- beyond the
  specification of the proxy server and the appropriate "no proxy"
  addresses in the Navigator "Network Preferences" proxy menu -- is
