BACKUP ACCVIO in V7.2? (/JOURNAL)

The Question is:

 
Backups fail with ACCVIO error. Successful allocate,mount and initialize,
backup runs for 5-10 Minutes and errors out.
 
System: AlphaServer 1200. OpenVMS 7.2.
 
Tape Sub-sys:
Magtape SCORPI$MKA500:, device type SONY SDT-9000, is online,
record-oriented
    device, file-oriented device, error logging is enabled, device supports
    fastskip.

The Answer is :

 
  Start with the application of the available BACKUP ECO kit, and
  also ensure that the process quotas match the recommendations
  found in the system management documentation.  (The /JOURNAL
  qualifier is known to have problems in V7.2, and an ECO kit is
  available to remedy this.)
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will assume that you realize that this does
  not appear to be a supported tape drive device.
