Y2K Readiness of Freeware? (Bliss)

The Question is:

 
What version of BLISS32 is Y2K complient ?

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is emphatically not a source of Y2K product information,
  and no Y2K information is generally reported on OpenVMS Freeware such as
  the Bliss compiler.  If you need Y2K information on Freeware such as Bliss
  or a formal statement, you will want to perform the requisite product
  testing.  (That said, OpenVMS Engineering uses Bliss for its own internal
  operations and for the building of OpenVMS itself.)
