ELSA GLoria Synergy graphics? (multi-head)

The Question is:

 
How to setup on the XP900 the second and third ELSA GLORIA Graphics card.
In the moment a second card is added, the console mode is dying and the
mashine
is not usable anymore! Any special jumpers to be set???

  : Any special jumpers to be set???
 
  Yes, only one card is allowed to have the "VGA" jumper set. Holding the
  card with the bulkhead pointing to the left, the jumper is in the top
  left hand corner. By default, the jumper is in, so you WILL need to
  remove it for second and third cards. The card with the VGA jumper will
  be your console display. See the documentation for full details.
 
  : the console mode is dying and the mashine is not usable anymore
 
  Although the correct configuration should resolve this issue, you
  may want to change the console mode to SERIAL, using a serial device
  connected to COM1 to simplify the initial setup of the system. If you
  are having trouble getting console control, try powering on with the
  keyboard removed. This should cause the console to switch to serial
  automatically.

  Also note that for multi-headed systems, you should:
 
  $ RENAME SYS$COMMON:[SYSMGR]DECW$PRIVATE_SERVER_SETUP.TEMPLATE -
      SYS$COMMON:[SYSMGR]DECW$PRIVATE_SERVER_SETUP.COM
 
  to ensure that DECwindows is configured correctly.   Also remember to
  review and configure the resulting setup file for your environment.
