Determining holder of RMS record lock?

The Question is:

 
How to determine who has a record (rms) locked?
 
We have hundreds of users with a set of files open read/write.  Show
Dev/Files will not help since there are so many.  I suspect that VCB, FAB,
RAB might be required.?  Any other way to find PIDs of people with a given
record?  Thank you.
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Internals and Data Structures (IDSM) and the VMS File
  System Internals manuals will be of interest (for information on
  the undocumented format of RMS file and record locks), as will
  DECamds (for locating lock holders), as will existing topics such
  as 318, 2027, 2373, 3079, and particularly 3320.
