at this point, entered "b", system booted and seems okay.
 
What do the codes indicate?

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS encountered a HALT request while executing in a privileged
  processor mode, and it halted.
 
  As this appears unexpected, the first order would involve determining
  what is located at ffffffff80075ee0 and how execution arrived at this
  address.  It would also be useful to attempt to force the creation of
  a system crashdump file from the console, should this arise again.
