The Question is:

 
Can you explain how it is possible to use the RMT/RCD command available in
TCP/IP since Version 4.2 to mount a tape on a server, and use it on VMS
Client to create backup with MOUNT and BACKUP utilities !

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not particularly familiar with an rdump and
  rrestore for OpenVMS -- RMT/RCD serves OpenVMS tapes to remote
  client systems.
