The Question is:

 
Migrating from MicroVax to Alpha DS10
 
Current System:
MicroVax 4200 - OpenVMS 6.2 - VAXBasic 3.8 - CDD 5.3 - Datatrieve 7.2
 
New System:
Alpha DS10 - OpenVMS for Alpha - DECBasic 1.3 for Alpha - CDD thru Oracle -
 Datatrieve 7.2
 
I am doing first migration and am looking on where I might be able to find
 information on migrations and problems that may be encountered?
 
Is there a checklist to follow on what steps to follow for migrations ?
 
Are there any lists that might help ?

  Please see the OpenVMS documentation for information specific
  to and relevent to a move from OpenVMS VAX to OpenVMS Alpha.
 
  Please contact Oracle for information on Oracle products.
 
  If CDD exists solely for Datatrieve and is not otherwise required,
  consider using the non-CDD dictionary capabilities of recent
