The Question is:

 
Running TCP/IP services for OpenVMS v7.2 running on an 3 Alpha platform.
 Currently I have a static IP address assigned to my 3 systems. Can the systems
 be configured to poll the DHCP on an associated LAN for their IP address or
 will I have to leave them s
etup with a static IP address?

The Answer is :

 
  TCP/IP Services V5.0 and later have DHCP Server
  capabilities.
 
  TCP/IP Services V5.1 and later (when available) is
  expected to have DHCP client capabilities.
