TCP/IP CFGETERROR error?

We have received the following error message.  (Real names are changed by
 'dns-name' , 'mail-name','name' and 'ip-number' .)

The Answer is :

 
  Please have the system manager of the target system contact their
  software support center, or the Compaq Customer Support Center.
 
  As a start, an upgrade to TCP/IP Services V5.0A or later will
  likely be recommended, as it appears that the remote system is
  running a version of TCP/IP Services prior to V5.
