Help with VAXstation 4000 self-test diagnostic cod

The Question is:

 
After powering up a VaxStation 4000 model 60, the display shows
 
?? 001  8 sys 0512
 
LEDs 7,6,5,4, 1, and 0 are lit, 3 and 2 are not.
 
The system used to boot from esa0, now I just get retry?
Can you tell from that what is wrong?

  Your VAXstation 4000 model 60 system appears to have a hardware error
  on the system board.  Please contact your hardware service organization,
