Altering SCSI port device name?

The Question is:

 
How can I disable the integrated QLogic ISP1040 SCSI Controller in order to
 force OpenVMS to assign PKA0 to the external Symbios SCSI Controller on a
 PCI-board in my XP1000 EV67 workstation?

The Answer is :

 
  Without more background on exactly why you are looking to change the
  SCSI port device name chosen (and also whether or not the system disk
  uses PKA0), the OpenVMS Wizard would prefer that you use the default
  autoconfigured device name and use the available host and particularly
  port allocation classes mechanism to control the SCSI device names used.
