Media Robot MRU Uprade?

The Question is:

 
 I am currently running version 1.2 of the Media Robot Utility (MRU) and would
 like to install version 1.4.  How do I go about getting the update and
 installing the software.

  You will want to acquire the software license and media kit.
 
  From the Compaq Media Robot Utility Software Product Description
  (SPD 64.44.xx), the following are the part numbers to consider:
 
QM-50TAA-AA  Software license
QB-50TAA-SA  Software license with Media and Documentation
QM-50TA9-I9  Software Product Service - Media Robot Installation
QT-50TAA-XA  Software Product Service - Media Robot Package Service
QT-50TAA-ZA  Software Product Service - Media Robot Telephone Service
