Third-party software? (IP)

The Question is:

We are running 7.2 and TCP/IP (not ucx). Our small lan has a firewall which
provides NAT from our "real" IP to our private network. (192.168.1.0) The
firewall private address is 192.168.1.2. I can ping that from the VAX. The
Real IP address can't be pinge
d from the VAX. I have the Firewall internal address set as a permanent default
route. The firewall uses stateful inspection, but I could tunnel through to an
NTP time server if that would work. NTP is the only reason I need to access
 the internet from th
e vax.
What's configured wrong here?
TIA

The Answer is :

As this is not the Compaq TCP/IP Services product, please contact
your particular TCP/IP vendor for assistance.

The OpenVMS Wizard is not familiar with third-party IP packages for
OpenVMS, nor with the firewall, nor with any applicable IP network
  configuration requirements.
