Encryption for OpenVMS v 1.3
 
Can my customers running Windows NT on a Compaq platform decrypt messages
 ceated by Encryption for OpenVMS?

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS Encryption product uses the DES encryption standard.
 
  Other options include packages (on all platforms in use) that
  provide (compatible) PGP and RSA algorithm implementations.
 
  For specifics of product availability and features on other
  platforms, please contact the appropriate platform wizard.
