Upgrading to Fibre Channel?

The Question is:

 
I am currently gathering information on moving my Alpha 8400 from SCSI to FIBRE
 solution.  I am running VMS V7.1-1h2 and need to upgrade to Version 7.2-1h2.
 What is the correct path, and what other requirements do I need to fill, i.e.
 Firmware etc?  Also,
 what patches are required for the upgrade?

  Please see the Fibre Channel documentation that is available at the
  Compaq OpenVMS website.
 
  As for the required ECO kits, please install all mandatory ECO kits
  for the target OpenVMS Alpha release, and all ECO kits specific to
  Fibre Channel operations -- as this list varies over time, you will
