Receiving SNMP Traps?

The Question is:

 
I am looking for a way to create a process on VMS that is able to receive
 SNMP-traps and that should be able to do actions depending on the traps
 received.

  entry for SNMP trap messages should be of interest here.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would encourage moving to OpenVMS Alpha V7.1-2 or
  (better) V7.2-1 or later, and TCP/IP Services V5.0A with ECO or (better)
