TCP/IP LPD returns LPD_LOSTCONN?

Configuration:
Alphaserveur 1000  + OpenVms 6.2.1H3
UCX 4.2 ECO 4
Local queue on LAT terminal :
Terminal queue OKBL35, idle, on MSX::LTA041:, mounted form OKI80 (stock=DEFAULT)
  /AUTOSTART_ON=(MSX::LTA041:) /BASE_PRIORITY=4 /DEFAULT=(FORM=OKI132
   (stock=DEFAULT)) Lowercase /OWNER=[SYSTEM] /PROCESSOR=LATSYM
  /PROTECTION=(S:M,O:D,G:R,W:S) /RETAIN=ERROR /SCHEDULE=(NOSIZE)
 
A lpq queue definition:
OKBL35|okbl35|okbl35:\

on a server NT 4.0 sp6
a lpr port ( msx:okbl35) used with a generic/text printer
 
this configuration give the following error on the alphaserver :
 
$       save=5+2*f$getsyi("cluster_nodes")
$       purge/keep=5
$       run sys$system:ucx$lpd_rcv.exe

  tool to set up the printer.
