Q1.  How to call a ingrace (isql) procedure using VAX DCL command file?
 
Q2. How to validate the above procedure status in DCL after execution?
 
Q3. How to wirte a FTP command in DCL
 
Q4. How to validate FTP results in DCL

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not in a position to provide programming
  assistance for Ingres database packages or other third-party software.
  For pointers to ODBC and JDBC and related remote-access constructs,
  please see the OpenVMS FAQ.  For information on Ingres itself, please
  see the Ingres documentation.
 
  As for your other three questions, these are each readily answered
  in the available OpenVMS DCL documentation.  As it would appear you
  are unfamiliar with OpenVMS itself and with DCL commands such as
  COPY/FTP and with the DCL symbols $STATUS and $SEVERITY, please
  take the time to review the available information in the OpenVMS
  User's Guide.  The User's Guide is part of the OpenVMS documentation
  set, and this set is referenced in the OpenVMS FAQ.
 
  Your OpenVMS VAX version -- V7.1 is assumed, as there was no V7.1-2
  for OpenVMS VAX -- is outdated, and in need of an upgrade.
