Seeking Audit of STOP/ID Process Deletion?

The Question is:

 
Dear Wizard,
            I4d like to find out who issued a stop/id against a process. I
 can4t find anything leading to the responsible for the stop. How can I trace
 it? Is there an AUDIT I can enable to do this?
